Terms of service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter, the "Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the online store (hereinafter, the "Service") provided by MayPlus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the "Company") on this website. Customers shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1 (Application) These Terms shall apply to all relationships between customers and the Company relating to the use of the Service.
Article 2 (User Registration) Registration for the Service is completed when a customer agrees to these Terms, submits a registration application through the method prescribed by the Company, and the Company approves said application.
Article 3 (Purchase Agreement) A purchase agreement is formed when a customer submits a purchase order to the Company and the Company notifies the customer of its acceptance of said order.
Article 4 (Payment) Payment for any fees arising from use of the Service shall be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method designated by the Company.
Article 5 (Delivery) Delivery of products shall be carried out by a shipping carrier designated by the Company. For details on shipping fees, available delivery regions, and estimated delivery times, please refer to the separately maintained "Specified Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure" page.
Article 6 (Returns & Exchanges) Returns and exchanges of products purchased through the Service shall be governed by the separately maintained "Important Policy on Returns & Exchanges." Customers must review and agree to said policy prior to placing an order.
Article 7 (Prohibited Activities) Customers must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights) All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights pertaining to text, images, designs, and other content published on this site belong exclusively to the Company or to rights holders who have licensed their use to the Company.
Article 9 (Disclaimer) The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, or security, as well as errors, bugs, or rights infringements).
Article 10 (Suspension of Service) The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to customers if it determines that any of the following circumstances apply.

When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure events such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disaster

Article 11 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction) These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
